MASTERRIND EXCLUSIVE - DIE AUKTION on 28 February 2024 in Verden

Around 2,500 spectators in the arena and over 1,000 viewers in the livestream witnessed an incredibly successful MASTERRIND ECLUSIVE - THE AUCTION. 51 animals were auctioned off at an average price of 8,984 euros.

As soon as the first animal took the stage, the first bids for the hybrid auction came in steadily via online bidding, immediately creating a lively auction atmosphere.

The first big murmur went through the hall with catalogue number 11, when the calved Engelkes Fantastica from Perk GbR from Spahnharrenstätte impressively proved that she not only has the finest show pedigree, but also impresses with her excellent conformation. For the top price of 12,000 euros, she remains in the local breeding area.

Sky High, with this calf by SYNETICS bull Sega P RDC, the name says it all! With a more than appealing sire stack, polled, a total breeding value of 162 and remarkable values on US breeding value basis as well as a red carrier, she attracted embryo contracts worth €26,700 in advance. With such compelling arguments, the bidders could hardly hold back and after an eager bidding battle, a buyer from the Netherlands bought the calf for a whopping 52,000 euros. The seller, Stela KG from Hohnhorst, was certainly delighted.

Two days after the auction catalogue went to press, the phone rang: a daughter of the SYNETICS bull Gentry had been tested and the values were "very high", to put it mildly. Bollhorst GbR from Wetschen was certainly not exaggerating with this statement. With astronomical figures in many breeding value systems around the world, it was inevitable to include this calf with the name BWH Like It as a supplement in DIE AUKTION. In the run-up to the sale, she immediately became a potential top seller and was able to fulfil these expectations: 61,000 euros were paid for her. She went to a buyer from Lower Saxony.

The third in the group of genomic "highflyers" and also a daughter of a SYNETICS bull is VOX Tonka. The polled Feit Red P daughter with 161 RZG and an incredible 148 RZE was sold to a German breeders' association buyer for €31,000 in front of her owners.

Auctioneer Michael Hellwinkel speaks of a qualitatively unique collection that was also very popular in its larger size, a young audience and many new buyers who, together with the audience, made the evening a unique experience.
